Computational Biology & AI

Hi! I'm a Junior studying Computer Science at Purdue University focusing on computational problem-solving and algorithm design.

Currently, I work as an undergraduate research assistant at Kihara Lab, where we develop algorithms for protein structure modeling and analysis. I am a current main developer of EMserver, implementing backend and improving user expereience.

I am currently a Dev UTA for CS 18200 - Foundataions of Computer Science class (Discrete Math).

My journey has taken me from Seoul, South Korea to Tokyo, Japan (where I spent 3 years), and now to West Lafayette, Indiana.

Kihara Lab EM Server

Developed and maintained a comprehensive web platform for protein structure analysis using CryoEM data. Optimized high-performance computational pipelines and crafted an intuitive user interface to make complex bioinformatics tools accessible to researchers worldwide.
